Boarding Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made more than 7 days prior to the board prepayment deadline to receive 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days from the start of the stay forfeit 50% of the boarding fee (we refund 100% of the cost of add-on services you’ve scheduled and prepaid).
Cancellations made within the active boarding reservation (i.e. early pick up) are charged full reservation rate.
Boarding Reservation Changes
You may change your reservation and/or cancel it without penalty up to 7 days in advance of the stay. Within 7 days, shortened stays are charged for the full reservation originally booked.
Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years Day
We charge a special drop-off/pick-up fee (“lobby fee”) of $25 for anyone needing to drop-off/pick-up on these three days for boarding.
Daycare Cancellations
Daycare cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or will be charged a full rate. Same-day daycare cancellations or no-shows are charged full rate. No-shows exceeding 3 occurrences are grounds for expulsion from all RCD programs.
