Portland’s response to Small Batch Dog Care has been amazing. Our flagship location, Broadway, hit maximum capacity in the beginning of 2025. We are fortunate to have found an amazing facility on 42nd Ave in the beautiful neighborhood of Cully/Alameda to add as a second and third location! In keeping with our Small Batch approach, we needed a new site to meet the needs of our growing family.
We’ve taken the small batch concept a step further. We’ve listened to our wonderful customers and created Portland’s first (and so far, only) daycare for dogs under 30lbs! Housed in our Cully location, little dogs can explore, learn, and find new friends with no worries of ‘running with the big dogs’. Cully also houses our Socialization Center and Luxury boarding. You can find award winning grooming at both our Broadway and Cully locations.

Our new Cully/Alameda location offers a unique, boutique hotel-like experience for your dog. Our spacious suites and cage free boarding services focus on creating a calm, stress-free environment for your pup. Our boarding program is tailored to your dog’s individual needs, ensuring they feel at home during their stay. We also offer full-service dog grooming at Cully, so your pup can leave looking and feeling their best.
Rose City Dogs - Broadway Location
At our flagship Broadway location, we welcome small “mixed size” groups of dogs daily, ensuring a close-knit, safe, and nurturing environment. Our day programs offer your furry friend a structured and supportive learning environment, promising a day filled with fun and play. Little Dog Resort
Rose City Dogs is Proud to announce a dedicated 1800 sq. foot “Little Dog Resort” building. Our Little Dog Resort, also located in our Cully facility, was designed with small dogs under 30 pounds in mind. Smaller guests enjoy a cozy, dog-scale environment that’s safe, fun, and filled with familiar friends.
Everything is sized with comfort in mind: lower play structures, gentle groupings, and a nurturing vibe that helps small dogs feel confident and secure.
Socialization Center & Big Dog Daycare
Our Cully/Alameda facility is home to Rose City Dogs’ Socialization Center and Big Dog Daycare (for dogs over 30 pounds). It has been our experience that some dogs need a little extra help and that’s ok. This space offers a specialized training approach to assist dogs that may need an extra step before engaging in regular daycare. This service is perfect for Covid and rescue dogs. Our Big Dog Daycare program is specifically designed for dogs 30 pounds and over. This location features spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, perfect for higher-energy pups who love to romp and explore. We monitor play closely to ensure everyone stays safe and has a blast.
