Comfort-First, Cage-Free Boarding with Heart
At Rose City Dogs, boarding is designed to feel more like a slumber party than a traditional kennel stay. Our cage-free boarding options provide a calm, cozy, and enriching environment where dogs thrive with structured routines, one-on-one attention, and around-the-clock care from our PackPro-certified team.
Overnight guests participate in our daily programs, which include socialization, enrichment, and individualized care. Dogs can enjoy group play during the day, then cozy up in a private space just for them or join a slumber-party-style sleepover with the rest of the pack at night.
We’re proud to be one of the only facilities in the area with 24/7 on-site staff, so your pet is never alone. We also maintain intentionally small group sizes to ensure each dog gets the personalized care, comfort, and calm they need.
Whether your pet is outgoing or more reserved, our flexible boarding options allow you to tailor your pet’s stay. All boarding has the option to add solo enrichment activities, individual walks, or private training sessions. Choose a stay that best matches your dog’s personality and needs.
Why Dogs (and Their People) Love Staying at Rose City Dogs
- One-on-One Attention: Because we operate under a small-batch care model, your dog gets more than just a place to spend the night. They get to be seen, known, and cared for like family.
- 24/7 On-Site Supervision: Our team is on-site around the clock to ensure safety, comfort, and peace of mind.
- Add-On Enrichment Options: Every boarding stay includes basic care and comfort, but you can customize their day with 15-minute solo walks, one-on-one enrichment activities, and more.
- Clean, Calm, and Secure Environment: Our Cully facility is cleaned and sanitized daily using vet-approved products to maintain a healthy, low-stress environment. The building also features state-of-the-art security and smoke detection systems to alert police and fire departments in an emergency.

Personalized Add-Ons & Enrichment Options
Group Playtime
Social dogs can join carefully selected small playgroups during their stay. Group sizes are intentionally small, and dogs are matched by size, age, and temperament to ensure safe and enriching interactions.
One-on-One Enrichment
Does your dog prefer people to other pets? No problem. Your pup can enjoy personalized time with a staff member, whether it’s for fetch, walks, cuddles, or brain games.

Dog Boarding FAQ
What are your regular drop-off and pick-up hours?
Hours are 7 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday and Sunday. Dogs picked up after 12:00pm (noon) will be charged our regular daycare rate.
What if my dog needs to be dropped off early or picked up late?
Boarding is charged on a 24-hour cycle. If you need to drop off early or pick up late, additional daycare time can be scheduled during our regular hours (7 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekends).
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
All dogs must be current on rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof is required before their stay.
Are reservations required?
Yes. Boarding space is limited to maintain our small-batch care standards. We recommend booking early, especially for holidays and weekends.
Can multiple dogs stay in the same suite?
Yes! Dogs from the same household can board together upon request (and as space allows).
What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
Bring your dog’s food (pre-portioned is ideal) and any necessary medications. You’re welcome to bring a favorite blanket or toy—just avoid anything irreplaceable. Rose City Dogs also provides meals for $2 each.
Can you administer medication?
Yes. We can administer any prescribed medication, including injectables.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
Yes, we highly recommend that you tour our facility! This can be done the same day as your Meet and Greet or prearranged for a different day/time.
